Congratulations To Our CMO Rona Mercado for Being a ‘Championing Change’ Honoree at the 2021 Campaign US Female Frontier Awards!

Cashmere is extremely proud of our Chief Marketing Officer Rona Mercado for being honored at the third annual Campaign US Female Frontier Awards virtual ceremony, which recognizes the fiercest, most progressive women in the industry.

Rona was named as one of five influential honorees in the ‘Championing Change’ category, honoring those who are constantly pushing the boundaries of culture and making dynamic and brave changes within their workplace or industry. This comes as no surprise to us – Rona has been leading the charge at Cashmere Agency since Day 1, and we are inspired by her work ethic, creativity and dedication to positive change. Formerly the Senior Vice President of Accounts, Rona was responsible for overseeing the execution of all campaigns and managing client relations. She has been an instrumental part of Cashmere’s growth and impact over the past decade as an agency that speaks authentically to multicultural audiences and places diversity, equality and culture at the forefront.
