As the Director of the Experiential department at Cashmere Agency, Shelley oversees the strategy and execution of events and experiences. An industry veteran, she has produced multi-million dollars programs and experiences that span multiple verticals for clients; including Universal, GE, Go Plae, Disney, Adidas, Hennessy, Red Bull, Happy Socks, Sports Spectacular, VHI, BET, MTV, Oxygen Network, Complex Magazine, Vibe Magazine, Ciroc, Moet, Belvedere, Interscope Records, Def Jam Recordings, NBA, Los Angeles Conservation Corporation, Calpirg, Whole Foods, The Langston Bar Association, USC & UCLA Sustainability Departments, the Rose Bowl and the City of Hope.

Shelley began her career at Disney Worldwide producing interactive events, as well as overseeing complex programming for notable brands in the fashion, sports, family entertainment, movies, TV, lifestyle, art, music, and gaming verticals.  Shelley later moved to New York to join Red Bull North America as the Culture Event Marketing Manager, where she managed the NorthEast territory and execution of multi-million dollar programs that resulted in accolades from influential voices in global culture and were featured in New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, Rolling Stone and Huffington Post.

Programming is integral to the success of each live experience.  Shelley’s had the immense please pleasure of working alongside and/or programming music’s most iconic musicians, producers and DJ’s such as Prince, Steve Wonder, Teddy Riley, Erykah Badu, Gaslamp Killer, Big Freedia, Georgio Moroder, Jazzy Jeff, D’ Angelo, Jamie XX, Flying Lotus, WuTang, Just Blaze, Flosstradamus, Araab Muzik, Doug E. Fresh, MC Lyte, Dj D Nice and Too Short too name a few.

In addition to her extensive experience working for Red Bull North America and the Walt Disney Company, Shelley is the founder of Wandering Boo, a content driven health initiative; co-creator of Unite for Green, an environmental action organization; founding member of the Honey Collective, a Los Angeles based all-female collective and co-founder of One Cypher, an online art and music magazine dedicated to documenting and producing events on underground street dance culture.

In Shelley’s free time, she is a 2x certified instructor in Power Yoga and an avid traveler that travels around the globe documenting health and wellness experiences. She captures her globe-trotting experiences, as she uncovers the multitude of available healing methods shared and practiced throughout the world.
