Weekend Recap

Tim_weekend_recapThis past weekend I hit up Beer Fest LA. The whole atmosphere was really unique because it was on the Paramount Studio lot so it seemed like we were on a movie set the entire time. The following day I went to STAPLES Center and watched the Lakers get blown out by that other team that shares our building. At least I got free food in the box suite!-Tim (Twitter|Instagram)janeweekendrecapWent to the Dodgers game on Sunday. Was able to see Hyun Jin Ryu in action, he's a great pitcher. It was his second game in the U.S.  of course Dodgers beat the Pirates 6-2. Received a great fortune that I'm hopeful for and it's always great to see one of the greatest athletes in the world, Kobe smash on CP3's face...-Jane (Twitter|Instagram)annieLast Friday, I attended the Red Bull Thre3style National Final and witnessed some of the greatest competitors around the world. Mark Ronson, A-Trak and Jazzy Jeff kept the crowd dancing with their special dj sets. I must say, that was one of the best events I've been to in awhile! On Saturday, my friends and I went to the W Hollywood to kick off the first pool party of the season. Can't wait for more pool parties!-Annie (Twitter|Instagram)My weekend was very packed. Actually, this was the first time in a while that I stayed out of my cave for the whole weekend. I started my Saturday with my buddy and coworker, Kristen. We met up to grab some amazing hawaiian shaved ice. Later in the day I mobbed over to USC to catch the last bit of A-Trak's set, it's always fun to hear Alain drop tunes. Afterward I mashed to Downtown LA to see my friend's band perform at the One Eyed Gypsy.Sunday was an active one. I went hiking with two of my best friends at the Malibu Creek State Park. It was great because the weather was perfect. Here's the video covering my weekend:[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K42Qir2jkjs]-Whoopi (YouTube|Twitter|Instagram)kellyMy parents came down to LA for a foodie road trip, so I decided to take them to one of my favorite Asian eatery over on the Westside… Noodle World!-Kelly (Twitter|Instagram)Kyle_RB KonfliktFriday I joined some Cashmere staff members at the Red Bull Thre3style DJ Finals at LURE Nightclub in Hollywood.  It was fun to support our family over at Red Bull at this packed event, but it was extra cool for me to watch my friend from years back, DJ Konflikt, represent Miami in the finals.  All of the DJ's threw down great sets, especially Trentino and DJ Scene showing off their skills, but Trentino ended up taking the crown in the end.  Congrats to Red Bull for a successful event highlighting the skills of DJs from all around the country!-Kyle (Twitter|Instagram)dreezI cooked some dank fried rice, ate $10 all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue, and restored some J's!-Andrew "Dreez" (Twitter|Instagram)HilapicstitchSunday was complete after a beautiful hike and delicious brunch. There's probably no better place to see that diversity than a Saturday night at a dive bar in downtown. I spent Saturday night celebrating a friend's birthday at Bar 107 on 4th street in DTLA. The crowd was raucous, the drinks were cheap and the scene was grimy. How beautiful!-Ryan (Twitter|Instagram)427606_518887171478224_1717780237_nHad a crazy one. Saturday I hit the World of Dance tour for a filming gig with Eva Universe and Shane Sparks. Ate at my favorite spot in downtown, Cole's Original French Dip. Finished off on Sunday with a visit to my girls @DJCarisma 's Young California mixer meeting with special guest E-40.-JP (Twitter|Instagram
