In 2018, Latin music commanded a 9.4% share of the American music market which positioned it as the fifth largest genre - edging out both Country and EDM.
According to UCLA’s 2019 Hollywood Diversity Report, American audiences crave more and more diverse television and film with the Latinx community leading the pack as the largest demographic of moviegoers per capita.
