Ben & Jerry's Takes Its Social Activism To The Next Level

In a time where most brands don’t put their money where their mouth is as it pertains to activism, Ben & Jerry’s continues to find its sweet spot in fighting for social issues.

The brand has spent the last year spending upwards of a million dollars in Facebook ads alone to denounce mass incarceration and advocating for both mental health funding and criminal justice reform. Now Ben & Jerry’s has partnered with the Advancement Project, a multi-racial human rights advocacy dedicated to equality and justice, to launch a new Justice Remix’d flavor where a portion of the proceeds will go to the Advancement Project to support their work in criminal justice reform.

Cashmere is proud to have helped partner Ben & Jerry’s, frame and shape their important work in activism through our social justice platform and new company arm, Get Louder. We look forward to seeing the transformational work that Ben & Jerry’s continues to produce.
