Disney was looking to develop a multi-faceted influencer campaign in support of Marvel’s Black Panther. With Cashmere Agency’s unique ability to interpret the cultural relevance and community hype around Black Panther, we were able to work with Disney to identify and tap into two key entry points—fashion and fan art.
Our cultural expertise enabled us to delve into our network to curate the perfect group of influencers. We featured mega-talented multicultural artists and influencers to reach all corners of our lifestyle centric fanbase. As a result, these influencer based assets became some of the most engaged posts across the Black Panther, Marvel and Marvel Studios platforms.
We also put together a memorable community group screening of the film with IMAX, The Boys & Girls Club and Will.i.am, with hosts Snoop Dogg and IMAX CEO, Richard L. Gelfond, to treat over 300 children to a free screening of the film, including food and VR games.
